These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Find Partner Here ("Find Partner Here," "we," "us," or "our") governing the Find Partner Here iOS application, this website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, purchasing through, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The Services are intended for adults who have reached the age of majority where they live and can form a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are legally prohibited from doing so.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining control of devices signed in to it. Guest access may be device-specific and may be lost if the App is removed or the device changes.
4. Acceptable use and restrictions
You agree to use the Services lawfully and respect the privacy, autonomy, and safety of every participant. You must not:
- Use the Services for stalking, harassment, threats, coercion, secret monitoring, or surveillance without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or obtain access through deception.
- Share or disclose another person's location outside the purpose for which access was granted.
- Use the Services to violate privacy, data protection, employment, family, criminal, or other applicable laws.
- Attempt to bypass permissions, security, access controls, rate limits, or subscription restrictions.
- Probe, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, introduce malicious code into, or gain unauthorized access to the Services, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot be restricted by contract.
- Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or commercially exploit information from the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner that infringes intellectual property or other rights.
We may investigate suspected misuse and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect people or the Services.
5. Subscriptions and App Store purchases
Some features may require a paid, automatically renewing subscription. Available plans, prices, billing periods, trial or introductory terms, and included features are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the App or logging out does not cancel a subscription.
- Where offered, any unused part of a free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Apple processes payments, cancellations, and refunds under its rules. Except where required by law or Apple's policies, charges are non-refundable. We may change subscription pricing or features prospectively with notice required by applicable law or platform rules.
6. Privacy, permissions, and user content
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared. You are responsible for configuring device permissions and sharing settings consistent with your choices and applicable law.
If you submit feedback, screenshots, a profile image, or other content, you retain your ownership. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, and use that content only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the Services or comply with law. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit it.
7. Location accuracy, third parties, and availability
Location, route, stop, distance, and arrival information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate because of GPS reception, device settings, battery state, network conditions, operating system restrictions, map data, service outages, or other factors. You are responsible for independently evaluating information before relying on it.
The Services may use or link to third-party platforms, maps, geocoding, networks, and App Store services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not promise that the Services will always be available, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find Partner Here and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, use, or access, arising from or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) US $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Services at any time. You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through Apple.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse the Services, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically feasible. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute-related terms.
10. Intellectual property and general terms
The Services, including software, design, graphics, branding, and content provided by us, are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a business transfer or reorganization. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer rights available where you live remain unaffected. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally, unless applicable law allows you to proceed directly.
